We are always interested in buying/trading currently published paperbacks, as well as some types of hardcovers.

Current Paperbacks Qualifications

  • Used books should be in "LIKE NEW" condition
  • No romance series - we get lots in trade
  • No cracked or rolled spines
  • No loose, torn or missing pages
  • No cut-outs or centrefolds missing
  • No dog eared corners
  • Not soiled, stained or water damaged
  • No ex-Library or ex-school books
  • Non-smokers

This buying list is subject to change without notice. These books can always be brought in for trade credit for other books.

We don't buy everything

There are many types of books we don't buy (or trade).

We DO NOT buy the following hard cover categories:

  • General Fiction hardcovers
  • Historical Fiction hardcovers
  • Biography hardcovers
  • Textbooks
  • Library or school books
  • Encyclopedias
  • Some types of magazines
